Lorraine has been involved in the real estate industry for over 25 years. For almost 20 years, Lorraine specialized in property management throughout Southern California.

In 2000, Lorraine Joined Anthony De La Vara's office as a real estate buyer's agent. She is experienced in handling multiple transactions averaging up to 100 sales per year. She specializes in servicing both buyers and sellers.

In addition to real estate services, Lorraine has been providing Notary Services to our clients. She has been a licensed Notary professional for a decade.

Tisha is the De La Vara Team's Buyer's Agent. She is a licensed real estate agent and has lived in Hacienda Heights for over 30 years. She is involved in all facets of our real estate business. Tisha focuses on servicing our buyers' needs and any other real estate needs for all of our clients..

Transaction Coordinator

Responsible for monitoring the escrow process on all transactions. She is focused on ensuring that your transaction has all requirements met. She monitors the escrow process to ensure a timely close.

Michelle is responsible for the De La Vara Team's marketing efforts. She handles the print materials (postcards and flyers), the De La Vara website and all of our Social Media efforts including, but not limited to: Facebook, Twitter, You Tube, individual property websites, email updates, and more!

Nicolette Cota
Technical Team

Nicolette is responsible for many of our online marketing efforts. She updates Facebook, Twitter, Craigslist, Delavara.com website, individual property websites (yes, each listing has their own website!), and handles all technical issues that impact the De La Vara Team. In addition, she is a valuable support in the office and handles multiple requests from our entire team.

Alora De La Vara
Technical Team

Alora is also responsible for many of the marketing efforts in the office including Social Media. She also helps the team service our listings by visiting the properties to assess marketing needs. In addition, she maintains many of our projects in the office and provides excellent customer service to all of our clients.
