In 1989, he received his real estate license and made a commitment to serve the Hacienda Heights and surrounding communities. His dedication paid off when Mr. De La Vara was named #1 agent at Prudential California Realty, Whittier for 8 years continuously.

In 2000, Mr. De La Vara opened his own real estate office and has continued to win honors as one of the top 50 agents in the California region.
